Tour of BugAware 7.0 features

External Users

If you wish to give your external clients access to create tasks in BugAware for which you do not have an account defined, you can create an External Access page. These pages can be presented to your clients as support pages, and tasks can be assigned to a default help desk user.
You can also associate a mailbox with your external access record, which allows BugAware to read and convert incoming emails into tasks. Through the combination of external access records and support queues, you can streamline and automate your incoming Help desk enquiries.
